I did hear back from customer service, so I’m glad they didn’t leave me hanging. It just took longer than I expected, and that made me feel a bit unsure while I was waiting. They answered my question in the end, which I appreciated, but I would’ve felt a lot better if the back and forth had been quicker.

I had a little problem with my order and was annoyed at first, but support got back to me and sorted it out quicker than I expected. Everything’s fine now, so what more can you ask for?? 5 stars from me.

I saw a few people mention how soft it was, they weren’t wrong. The material feels really nice and comfy, even better than I expected. Definitely happy with it so far.

I ordered from prjktruby.com last week and, i wasn’t expecting anything amazing. I just needed it to arrive before the weekend and was half-prepared for some kind of delay.
The tracking email came through quickly, and the updates were clearer than I thought they’d be. To my surprise, the parcel actually turned up on the exact day they said it would, with no weird excuses or last-minute changes.
The packaging was decent too, and everything arrived in good shape. It was a straightforward order, but sometimes that’s all you want. I’d probably use them again, assuming this wasn’t just a lucky one-off.

The site actually looks clean and nice overall, which is always a pleasant surprise on the internet. I liked the style because it wasn’t super crowded or trying to attack my eyes with a million things at once. A few pages did feel like they could use a little more polish, but browsing around was still easy and enjoyable.

they failed to get the product to us in the time frame and cancelled the delivery. So you would think you would get a full refund of what was charged. But that was not the case we only received 10% of what was originally charged to us. Joke a company!

The refund did eventually come through, but it took a lot longer than I personally feel it should have. I had to reach out to support a few times to check on it, which made the whole process feel more frustrating than necessary. In my opinion, it would’ve been a much better experience if the updates were more proactive.

Ordered from prjktruby.com. Wasn’t really sure what to expect, you know. But it showed up, I opened the box, and right away I was like… okay, this is actually nice. Feels solid in the hand, looks clean, no cheap feel to it at all. Just one of those purchases where you kind of nod and go, yeah, I’m happy with this.
